Cancellation, Return, & Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Qualifying orders can be canceled within 48 hours of being placed for a full refund.
Requests after 48 hours will be charged a 10% processing fee. 

The following items cannot be canceled or refunded once the order is placed:

  • Special orders

  • Floor models

  • Open Box sales

  • Hoods and blowers

  • Microwave trim kits

  • Appliance accessories

  • AC units

  • Small countertop appliances

  • Products made by the following brands: Subzero, Wolf, Cove, Thermador, Viking, Monogram, AGA, Asko, Jenn-Air, ILVE, Verona, Bertazzoni, True, Summit, ULine, Elica, Samsung, Forno, Coyote, Hestan, Blaze, Lynx.

A customer signature is required at purchase for all non-cancelable items to confirm understanding of the special terms.

Return and Exchange Policy:

You can return or exchange items that are unopened and still in their original manufacturer's packaging within 30 days of delivery or pick up. Please note, installed appliances are non-returnable. If you have any concerns after installation, our Customer Experience Team is here to assist you. You can reach them at help@slymanbros.com.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee. Prior to refund, all product must be received into Slyman Bros Distribution Center. Original delivery and service fees are non-refundable. Refunds for returned items will be processed once the product has been received and inspected, ensuring it meets return criteria.

If you wish to exchange an item, a new order must be placed and paid for in full. Once the original purchase item is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund for the product cost will be issued, less any applicable restocking fees, service fees and taxes. 

Special order and non-cancelable items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
