Extended Warranty Information

If you purchased an extended protection plan through Slyman Bros (not the manufacturer or home warranty), please file your claims directly through the provider.

If you have not purchased an extended protection plan yet, you have up to 60 days after delivery to purchase the extended protection plan through us. If you are interested in purchasing, please contact your sales associate.

Your protection plan may be through Mulberry or EPIC Protect depending on your delivery date

How to access your extended protection plan and to start a claim:

For orders delivered on March 1st, 2022 to present, your protection plan provider is Mulberry:

  • For Mulberry protection plans, you were emailed an activation link within 7 days of delivery. If you cannot find that email, please visit this link to activate your account (please use the email associated with your Slyman Bros order)

  • To file a claim, please start your claim process through their online portal

  • For help or information about your coverage through Mulberry, please visit this link or call 917-994-6394 then press 2

For orders delivered on February 29th, 2022 or prior, your protection plan provider is EPIC Protect:

  • For EPIC protection plans, you were emailed and mailed your protection plan agreement after delivery

  • To file a claim, please call (888) 973-7166 at anytime (open 24/7) to start your claim process

  • For information about your coverage through EPIC, please visit this link


If you are still not aware of what provider your protection plan is through or need help, please reach out via email to diane.slyman@slymanbros.com or call 314-912-9864.

*Please do not schedule a repair without starting the claim through the extended protection plan provider first and following their procedure. You will not be reimbursed for any service charges with non-authorized 3rd party repair companies.

*Please note, if your product is still inside the standard manufacturer warranty period (typically one year), please schedule service through the manufacturer not the extended protection plan provider
