Delivery Guidelines
You will receive your estimated delivery timeframe, along with a live tracking link, at approximately 3:00 PM the day prior to your scheduled delivery. Please note timeframes are estimates and are subject to change due to external uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, and prior delivery stop interruptions.
Before Delivery:
Verify the appliance(s) you purchased will fit inside your residence/business by measuring the width and height of entryways, doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and turns (tip: give at least 1” clearance to fit through doorways compared to the appliance exterior dimensions).
Verify you have the correct code-approved utilities compatible with the new appliance.
Make sure the path, both inside and outside, to the site where the appliance will be delivered is free of any obstructions, including snow, ice, debris, furniture, etc..
If you purchased haul away service, prepare all old appliances for removal by uninstalling, ensuring they are not attached to your property or facilities (unless install was purchased).
You or an assigned adult (18 years or older) must be available on location to accept the delivery, so please plan accordingly
During Delivery:
Please visually inspect the new appliance prior to accepting. If cosmetic damage is found on a non-replacable part, you have the right to either refuse delivery or accept a damage allowance to keep as-is. If cosmetic damage is found on a replaceable part, the damaged part will be replaced with a new OEM part covered by your appliance’s manufacturer’s warranty. (*Please note: This does not apply to appliances purchased in “as-is condition” with existing cosmetic damage.)
Your signature (or the person you assigned to accept the delivery on your behalf) will be required prior to our delivery crew leaving. By signing, it means you are accepting your order and delivery in good standing.
The Delivery Team will not:
Haul away old appliances that are contaminated, infested, or pose a risk of any kind
Relocate the old appliance to a new address
Hoist appliances or lift above their waist

Site Requirements by Appliance Type
Always view the specific appliance owners guide/spec sheet from the manufacturer for the most accurate details… Below is a general guide.
Built-In Electric Wall Ovens
Verify a 240V, 40-50A (depending on model) electrical power supply with junction box is available for connection
For new installs (rather than replacements) verify there is a platform present and cabinets are cut to spec of the new appliance
Hoods
Verify the correct electrical requirements are present and in the proper location by always viewing the models spec sheet. Most hoods require a 120V power supply
If you wish for your hood to be vented to the outside (most desirable), verify there is an existing vent in the correct diameter present to be attached to
If there is not a vent present, be sure to purchase a hood that is non-ducted, which may require a separate recirculating kit
For chimney hoods, measure your ceiling height. A duct extension kit may need to be purchased, if the duct cover is not long enough to reach your desired height
TIP: Always check local codes to determine if a return air system is required to meet compliance of ventilation CFM regulations for your home. This must be installed prior by a licensed HVAC company
OTR Microwaves
Verify a grounded three prong outlet that meets the microwaves electrical requirement is available and located in the above cabinet
If a backsplash is present and stops at the bottom of the existing microwave, verify the height of the new microwave to ensure fit without overlapping the backsplash or a bump out kit will be required
If any cabinet trim or crown was installed after your existing microwave, please be sure to remove any pieces that impede the 30” width cutout requirement
OTR microwaves are dual purpose as they serve as a microwave and ventilation. They mainly come ready for recirculation but if you have a vent present, it can be converted to vent to the outside (most desirably)
Dishwashers
Verify a corrosion-free, code-approved water shut-off valve is accessible under the sink to attach the water supply hose
Verify a garbage disposal is present and functional
Verify a grounded three prong electrical supply is present that meets the dishwasher electrical requirements directly behind the dishwasher or within 3ft inside a nearby cabinet that is accessible
If sink is not located directly beside the dishwasher, please purchase a drain extension kit and 10ft stainless steel supply line
Verify the flooring is installed at the same level under the dishwasher. If the flooring ends at the front of the dishwasher’s feet, your existing dishwasher or floor may require modifications for removal and replacement of the new dishwasher.
If a panel-ready dishwasher is purchased, the custom panel and handle kit must be present at time of installation.
Electric Dryers
Verify a 220V or 240V dryer outlet is present and accessible within 3ft of the dryer
Gas Dryers
Verify a gas shut-off valve is present and accessible within 3ft of the dryer
Direct blackpipe or copper lines are not compatible and will need to be replaced (along with the addition of a shut-off valve) by a plumber prior to installation
Verify a standard electrical outlet is present and accessible within 3ft of the dryer
Vented Dryers
An existing duct must be present and located directly behind the dryer in a 4” diameter. We will attach a new duct vent kit to your existing ducting that vents to the outside
Verify your existing duct is clear and kink free. It is recommended to have an HVAC company clean your dryer ducting annually
Verify the length of your dryer duct run to the outside is within the dryers recommended length, if further a long-vented dryer model may be required
Steam Dryers
Verify washer or water hook-ups are present and accessible within 3ft of the dryer
Front Load Stacked Washer & Dryers
If replacing only one, verify the existing stacking kit and new appliance are both compatible with the existing appliance.
If being installed into a closet, please purchase a 10ft washer hose and 10ft dryer power supply
Washers
Verify hot and cold water shut-off valves are corrosion-free and located within 3ft of the washer
Verify a grounded three prong electrical outlet is present and accessible within 3ft of the washer
Verify a standpipe drain is located directly beside or behind the washer.
If only a floor drain is present, please purchase a drain hose extension kit, so the washer can be installed with a high-loop for proper drainage
Electric Ranges
Verify a 240v, 40amp range outlet is present and located in the correct location so the range can be pushed back flush with the wall
Verify the existing range is not hardwired
Induction Range
Verify a 240v, 50amp four prong range outlet is present and located in the correct location so the range can be pushed back flush with the wall
Verify the existing range is not hardwired
Gas Ranges
Verify a gas shut off valve is present and located in the correct location so the range can be pushed back flush with the wall
Verify a standard electrical outlet is present and accessible directly behind the range
Verify your gas supply is natural gas or liquid propane (LP). Most gas appliances come standard ready for natural gas but can be converted prior to delivery to LP
Dual-Fuel Range
Verify a gas shut off valve is present and located in the correct location so the range can be pushed back flush with the wall
Verify a 240v, 40amp range outlet is present and located in the correct location so the range can be pushed back flush with the wall
Gas Cooktop
Verify a gas shut off valve is present and accessible
Verify a standard electrical outlet is present and accessible
Verify the opening in your countertop is cut to the correct cutout requirements of the cooktop model
Electric/Induction Cooktop
Verify a 240V, 40-50A (depending on model) electrical power supply with junction box is available for connection
Verify the opening in your countertop is cut to the correct cutout requirements of the cooktop model
