Ongoing Manufacturer Service Issues Help

If your appliance is still under the manufacturer warranty and you have experienced multiple issues with at least 3 completed service calls and still not resolved, please fill out this form and we will contact the manufacturer and assist in the path to resolution


We can contact our local reps and assist in resolving the issue. Please provide us with all your service history receipts and explain the issue you are experiencing. We can advocate on your behalf but please be aware we must follow the manufacturer procedure and it is ultimately their decision on the path to resolution.


Slyman Bros cannot authorize a warranty replacement. If the manufacturer approves a replacement when factory service cannot repair the issue, then the manufacturer will either replace the product directly with you or contract us to execute the replacement.
