Process for Submitting a Manufacturer Mail-in Rebate

If your purchase qualifies for a promotional rebate (not instant off invoice), please refer to the rebate form for proper instructions on submitting. If you do not have the rebate form, please contact your sales associate and they will send you one after purchasing. You are required to receive delivery of all qualifying appliances before submitting the rebate claim and prior to the expiration date stated on the rebate form. You must submit before the deadline date or you will lose out on the rebate (no exemptions). Rebate claims and payments are exclusively between the issuer (not Slyman Bros) and the consumer.


Most rebates can be filed online (preferred method) or mailed-in once you have received delivery of your order.


When filing, you will need your Slyman Bros invoice, qualifying appliance model number and their unique serial number. You can find each appliance model number on your invoice and the associated unique serial number physically on the appliance (typically on a white sticker located on an interior part like a door) OR in most cases located on the warranty card.


*If the appliance is on backorder and cannot be delivered before the deadline for submittal, please submit without the serial numbers or call the number on the rebate form for proper instructions.
