Delivery Notifications

We have automated customer notifications to keep you updated throughout the delivery process. You should receive 5 different alerts via text and email. If you need to reschedule your delivery date, please give us at least a 24 hour notice by calling your sales associate.


  • You will receive your first notification once your delivery is scheduled (via email) confirming your delivery address and scheduled date.
  • You will receive a second notification 1 day prior at 4pm with your approximate 3-4 hour delivery window (via email & text)
  • You will receive a third notification when the delivery driver is on their way to your stop (via text)
  • Finally, you will receive a notification when the driver has arrived at your location (via text) and when the delivery is completed
